Most of us dread the cold as it means we have to be huddled up inside all winter long, bored and longing to
spend some time outside in the fresh air. There is no need to be cramped up inside bored during the cold though, if

fire pit and a wood fire pit. Which type you use all depends on your personal needs and taste, if you just want to
flip a switch and have your garden fire light up then a propane fire pit is your best option and they are probably
the safest option because there are no lingering embers after you have put out the fire, maybe you prefer to throw
wood onto your fire and don't mind doing it often to keep the fire alive then a normal wood fire pit is for
you.
Before deciding that your you absolutely need a garden fire pit, you should think about where you would like to
put it so that it does not get in the way and can be used for various types of gatherings, what type you would like
to use and what style you have in mind. Most garden fire pits are merely a dug out pit with rocks surrounding
it and wood used to fuel the fire, some are open and others are closed, it all depends on where you place it and
during what seasons you will be using it for. Garden fire pits can either be built very well and will be a
wonderful feature in your garden or they can be an eye sore if you don't build it properly, so making sure that you
know what you want and what you are doing is a benefit.
By putting a garden fire pit in your backyard means you can have
parties and invite guests over often during the cold, there is no need to be bored anymore and the building of your
garden fire pit can even be a family event. Garden fire pits add a special kind of ambiance to a winter garden that
